We provide practical, hands-on support to make being a Team Captain as easy as possible, including step-by-step guides, ready-to-use content and regular updates you can share with your team.
This includes:
- Simple guides for setting up and managing your team
- Shareable messages and content you can post or forward
- Tips and ideas to help keep your team engaged
- Event updates and reminders throughout the challenge
- Help accessing and using the Team Finder tool if needed
You’ll also have access to real people on our support team who you can contact by email or phone. They’re experienced in helping Team Captains with both technical setup and any questions that come up along the way, so you’ll always have someone to turn to.
Most of the heavy lifting is already done for you, your role is simply to bring people together, and we’ll support you with the rest.
