Across Australia, everyday people are stepping up to raise awareness and funds to help prevent domestic and family violence. Discover how our participants and supporters are sparking conversations, inspiring action, and creating meaningful change in local communities.
In 2017, solo ultramarathon runner Kirrily Dear ran 1,300km from Broken Hill to Sydney to give a voice to the often silent victims of family violence. What began as one woman’s journey has led to a nationwide movement. Since then, thousands of participants across Australia have joined our 19-day Broken Hill to Sydney Team Chase, moving together to spark awareness and raise funds to prevent family violence.
