How do I register multiple Teams?

Each team must have a dedicated team captain for the purposes of registration.

That’s because within the Race Roster software one person can only register one team. If you are responsible for coordinating multiple teams, this is the approach we recommend.

1.      Allocate one person within each team to be the honorary team captain

2.      You create the Team Name and Team Code and provide to the team captain for registration

3.      Tip: Ensure you create Team Names that have a searchable, distinctive word in common. For example, Redhens 1, Redhens 2 is good, not Team 1, Team 2 or Red, Silver, Gold. This will be important when you want to search for the results of your teams.

4.      After they have registered get the team captain to provide you with the invitation link, this will be unique for each team

5.      You can then distribute the invitation links to team members
