How do I communicate with and manage my Team Members?

Most Team Captains set up a Facebook, Snapchat or WhatsApp group to create engagement among team members.

There is also a facility in Race Roster that enables a Team Captain to manage the Team

1) Log onto your Race Roster Dashboard and select the Teams Tab at the top.

2) The first time you login into this Tab, you will be prompted to agree to the Terms of Service which are very similar to our Code of Conduct – please read and then tick the boxes if you agree, then click on the Green Box agreeing to Team management.  

3) You can manage your Team via the Team action dropdown on the right hand side.

4) Next time you login to the Team’s Tab this screen will show.

If you are coordinating multiple teams and want to use Race Roster to communicate:

·        You can get the Team Captain to send the email on your behalf or

·        The Team Captain can download the email addresses and provide them to you.

Note there are strict privacy rules around the use of that information. Please ensure you have read and comply with those rules.
