The 2023 RAV Virtual Challenge helped raise over $111,000 for the 2024 Love Bites Grants program. Grants were awarded to communities across Australia where training costs were a barrier, with full funding for high-priority areas and partial support helping extend the reach of the Love Bites program.
2024 also saw the launch of the Tuned In online training program, developed in collaboration with NAPCAN, the Australian Catholic University’s Institute of Child Protection Studies, and seed funded by RAV. Developed to fill a critical gap in facilitator training, the six-module course equips participants with the practical tools and knowledge needed to safely facilitate group work with young people.
Donations received and funds raised were invested directly into training and expanding Love Bites across Australia.
