Round 1 Love Bites Grants
Run Against Violence allocated $35,000 to the first round of Love Bites Grants to help expand respectful relationships education across Australia. With over $100,000 in applications received, grants were prioritised based on five key criteria:
- Practical impact
- Opportunity to implement
- Regional and state diversity
- Lack of alternative funding
- Community contributions
Funding was distributed across two categories, Major Projects and Individual Recipients, supporting both community-wide initiatives and individual facilitators. Applications came from communities in Queensland, NSW, Northern Territory, and Western Australia, reaching metropolitan, regional, rural and remote areas.

The RAV Grant has provided an opportunity to extend ongoing education to vulnerable youth in our area.
Having the RAV Grant meant all staff were trained and we have a greater reach within the community now to be able to deliver.
