Respectful Relationship Education

The Love Bites program plays a vital role in our vision of building a future free from domestic and family violence. By reaching young people early, Love Bites promotes respectful relationships, providing the knowledge and tools to help prevent violence before it starts. Through primary prevention, we’re empowering schools and communities to create lasting change and a safer Australia.

Love Bites Senior

Love Bites Senior (for ages 15–17) includes interactive workshops on relationship violence, sex, and relationships, followed by creative activities and community projects. Delivered as a full-day program or over multiple sessions, it creates a safe space for young people to learn, share, and develop skills to build healthy, respectful relationships.

Love Bites Junior

Love Bites Junior (for ages 11–14) introduces these important conversations at an earlier age. The program builds year by year across Years 7 to 9, covering topics like gender roles, communication, sexual harassment, controlling relationships, and respectful breakups. Together, these programs equip young people with the knowledge and tools to form safe, respectful relationships and help prevent violence before it starts.
