Hunt down the pain

A few people have been messaging me and asking how my training for Andes Challenge Non Stop Perú is progressing.

Short answer is 'solid' with 17 training weeks to go. The 110km of mountain biking is the biggest piece that I need to build so that's the focus plus all round strength and conditioning.

I got reacquainted with the lounge room floor after today's session. The super coach said it's the longest he's seen me lay on the floor in a long time. I was knackered but loving every moment.

Now to add another 60kms at increased speed and layer it with 60km of running / walking and the minor detail of 4000m+ of altitude.

You can't wipe the smile off my face right now.
