How many people do I need for a team?

A team needs at least 2 people and can have up to 20 participants.
You can start small with just a couple of people and build your team over time. Many Team Captains begin with friends or colleagues and then grow their team as others hear about the event.
There’s no pressure to fill your team straight away, start with whoever you can, then invite more people as you go. The focus is on participation, connection and building momentum together.
